MALIBU, CA – Several Malibu beaches are among the best in California, according to a newly released report from Heal the Beach.
The report, released Wednesday by the organization Heal the Beach, uses a letter grade system to provide water quality information to the public, including information on water quality events that happened over the past year, including sewage spills and major rainfall.
Grades are based on routine water quality sampling conducted by several organizations and assigns three separate grades for each beach: summer dry grade (April through October), winter dry grade (November through March) and wet weather grade (April through March).
