Coroner Confirms Body Found In Malibu Home Was Missing Woman
The coroner's office confirmed the body found in a crawl space of the Malibu home was Julia Christine Snyder.

MALIBU, CA — Authorities confirmed Friday the body found in the crawl space of a Malibu home was that of missing woman and resident of the home, Julia Christine Snyder.
Snyder, 53, who suffered from bipolar disorder, was last seen near her home about 9 p.m. on Feb. 8, according to the sheriff's department.
The body was found about 3:35 p.m. Wednesday in the residence in the 4300 block of Ocean View Drive, according to the sheriff's department.

The woman's identity was confirmed Friday by the coroner's office, which declined to release other details such as the cause of death, citing a security hold that had been placed on the case.
The body was believed to have been there since Feb. 8, according to reports.
