David Spade's Malibu Home Sells for $10.25 Million

David Spade's Malibu mansion sold for $10.25 million, according to reports.

Spade purchased the home on La Costa Beach in 2005 for $9.3 million, according to the Huffington Post. 

The home boasts four fireplaces, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, ocean views and a pool.
