Five Things: Pro Surfers, Others to Headline Malibu SeaChange Charity Event
Here are five things you need to know about today in Malibu.

1. A charity event, SeaChange, will benefit SustainableSurf.org and the Los Angeles Waterkeeper at 6:30 p.m. July 30 at the Paradise Cove Beach Cafe in Malibu. The event will feature Pro surfers Dan Ross, Torrey Meister, Frankie Harrer and Thelen McKinna-Worrell. Other speakers include Liz Crosson, Executive Director of L.A. 2. Marianne Williamson, a spiritual teacher, author and lecturer, will make an appearance at Diesel, a Bookstore in Malibu at 7 p.m. July 30 in Malibu. Williamson will be discussing her book "The Law of Divine Compensation: On Work, Money, and Miracles."
3. Friends of the Malibu Library will present "Nature of Wildworks," featuring local wild animals close up at the Malibu Library at 3:30 p.m. July 31.Â
