Former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey to Speak at Pepperdine

Former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey, who served under President George W. Bush, will discuss the NSA surveillance scandal and Syrian conflict at Pepperdine University's School of Law Thursday.

Mukasey will be part of a panel that includes Supreme Court lawyer Kathleen Sullivan, and former legal advisor to the US State Department and leading appellate lawyer John Bellinger. 

Remarks will also be given by Ted Boutrous who represents Chevron in a multi-billion dollar case involving alleged conduct in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

The forum is hosted by the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform, the Transnational Forum Shopping Symposium.
