Fred Segal Malibu To Host Grand Opening

MALIBU, CA – Fred Segal, the iconic Los Angeles-based retailer, returns to Malibu this spring with a family-friendly grand opening April 6 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Guests can shop the store, and enjoy margaritas by Casamigos, sweet treats by Sweet Laurel Bakery, coffee by Café Luxxe, a trunk show by The Little Market and florals by Sea Lily Malibu. There will be live music, a DJ, aura readings, mini makeovers from Sephora and more, the press release said.

The opening of their newest location in the Malibu Village will feature a highly curated collection of menswear, womenswear, activewear and accessories, according to the Fred Segal press release. The original Fred Segal Malibu opened in 1975, because the city was a place Segal "loved dearly and called home," the press release said.

"The intention was to fill a gap in the Malibu fashion scene by bringing people and their families together to create meaningful conversations and connections," according to Fred Segal.

The Malibu location will feature an assortment of women's apparel, shoes, accessories, gifts and jewelry, as well as a menswear section and a separate floral shop. Fred Segal Malibu will sell luxury brands including LNDR, 324 New York, 3x1, Mara Hoffman, Proenza Schouler, Staud, Simon Miller, By Far, Fred Segal Originals and more.
