Hilton Heir Sells Malibu Cove Colony Home For $8 Million

MALIBU, CA – Paris Hilton's uncle, Steve Hilton, just sold his beachfront Malibu home for $8 million. The 3-story home was built in 1988 and renovated in 2010. The former president of the Conrad H. Hilton Foundation, who's a Hilton Hotel heir and grandson of Conrad Hilton, purchased the home in 2007 for $7.1 million, according to Architectural Digest.

The entrance of the home features a custom saltwater aquarium, and the kitchen has an open-floor plan. The home has full glass walls facing the ocean and expansive balconies on each level, so beautiful views West Coast views are inevitable.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home features a two-car garage and 50-foot beach access. The transaction isn't yet in online public records, according to Mansion Global.
