Josh Groban Selling His Malibu Compound in Point Dume

Musician and actor Josh Groban has put his Tuscan compound in Malibu on the market for $5.475 million, according to Zillow.

The real estate website reports Groban's nearly 2-acre property in Point Dume contains a 6,138-square-foot home, a guest house and pool. The main house has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
