
Malipalooza, Malibu's annual summer festival, will return later this month with a slate of live performances.
The festival is set for Saturday, Aug. 24 from 4 to 10 p.m. at Malibu Bluffs Park, located on Pacific Coast Highway at Malibu Canyon Road. The event is free and open to the public.
Festival highlights will include live musical performances by Retro Station, K’Sandra, Don’t Yell 7, The Dume Effect, and the Malibu Senior Choir.

There will also be a video game truck, children’s activities, bounce houses, merchandise vendors, crafts, fashion truck and gourmet food trucks.
The event will conclude with a special film screening of Back to the Future, as part of the City’s CineMalibu outdoor summer movie series. The movie will begin at dusk. Participants are encouraged to bring their blankets and chairs.
