- Meet Malibu's new public information officer, Sandi Turner, at the upcoming Rotary meeting at Pepperdine University. Turner will address Rotarian on Wednesday, Aug. 14 about her two month Rotary Group Study Exchange to Australia. See full event details here.Â
- Learn the secrets of ballroom, salsa and swing dancing Monday nights from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Malibu Bluffs Park. The class is $16 for a half-hour lesson. Learn more about how to RSVP here.Â
- Malibu United Methodist Church continues its speaker series with a panel of experts who are working with nonprofit organizations to end human trafficking. The event is set for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14 at Malibu United Methodist Church, 30128 Morning View Drive. A donation of $20 is suggested.Â
- Meet Shirley Price, author of "California's Coastal Critters," on Saturday, Aug. 17 at Bank of Books in Malibu.
