Pedestrian Hit By Car, Critically Injured In Malibu
The victim was critically injured and was airlifted to UCLA's trauma center.
MALIBU, CA — A car hit a pedestrian in Malibu Monday, leaving the victim critically injured.
The crash occurred about 5:40 p.m. in the 22400 block of Pacific Coast Highway near Carbon Beach Terrace, according to Lt. Anna Carrillo of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Malibu/Lost Hills Station.
The victim was airlifted to UCLA's trauma center where he is in critical but stable condition, Carrillo said.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, authorities said.
