Power Outage Mucks Up Morning Commute In Malibu

MALIBU, CA — Power has been restored and all traffic signals are functioning Monday morning after a power outage disrupted the morning commute in Malibu.

All roads are open following earlier closures due to mudslides, the City of Malibu said. Drivers should continue to drive with extra caution in storm conditions, and be aware of rocks and debris, especially on canyon roads, the City of Malibu said.
