Resident Appeals Planning Commission Decision
Property owner Randy Valli has appealed the Planning Commission's most recent decision.

Malibu resident Randy Valli Friday filed and appeal of the Planning Commission's conditional approval of Coastal Development Permit No. 10-051 at 6245 Murphy Way.
At the March 20 Planning Commission meeting, the commission approved the permit application of Tim McNamara "to construct a new, one-story, 5,928 square foot single-family residence" which would include several covered patios and a detached three-car garage amongst other things.
Valli, owner of the property at 6231 Murphy Way, cites in his letter violations of Malibu's Local Coastal Program, saying that he does not object to any improvements that are "in compliance with the LCP and other zoning regulations."
