Rob Lowe Lists $47 Million California Estate
Take a tour of the actor's stunning Montecito estate.

MONTECITO, CA -- Emmy-nominated actor Rob Lowe recently listed his stunning Americana-style estate in Montecito for $47 million. The 3.4-acre property, which was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest, offers a 10,000 square-foot home with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Inside, you'll also find nine fireplaces, stunning living and dining rooms and commercial kitchens. The interior is complete with a screening room (of course) and a wine cellar.
The estate also offers guest and pool houses, a reflecting pool, koi pond, rose gardens and sports courts that overlook the surrounding Santa Barbara County area.

Listed by Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby's International Realty, the estate was created with the help of architect Don Nulty, interior designer Kyle Irwin, landscape architect Mark Rios, and feng shui master David Cho.
Lowe, who is currently starring as Dr. Ethan Willis in the CBS drama "Code Black," came to prominence in the 1980s appearing in hit films such as "The Outsiders" and "Oxford Blues." He was nominated for an Emmy in 2001 for his role as Sam Seaborn in "The West Wing." He's also been nominated several times for a Golden Globe.

In a press release, Lowe said he and his wife, jewelry designer Sheryl Lowe, are moving onto their "next real estate adventure" after their sons moved out of the house.
