Simon Cowell Buys $25 Million Malibu Mansion: Report
The X Factor judge's new home includes amenities like a tennis court, gym, staff quarters, & guest suite with private entrance.
MALIBU, CA – Simon Cowell has good taste, as shown when he berates and praises contestants on shows like The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent, and American Idol. Well, it turns out Cowell has great judgement when it comes to homes too – including his recently purchased $25 million Malibu mansion. Cowell is in escrow on a stunning 10,000 square foot, 7-bedroom home right on Pacific Coast Highway, complete with jaw-dropping ocean views, a modern interior, and a tennis court, according to TMZ.
The Malibu home was originally listed for $26,995,000, so he got a bargain, according to Daily Mail. The house is accessible via a private road and tree-lined driveway and includes a gym, staff quarters, and guest suite with private entrance.
Cowell's main Los Angeles area home is in Beverly Hills, which cost him $15.5 million. He also owns property in London.
