Aaron Rodgers, Danica Patrick Buy $28M Malibu Home

The NFL quarterback and former NASCAR driver made the third-highest transaction in Malibu for 2019, according to reports.

MALIBU, CA — Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick just bought a home in Malibu for a whopping $28 million, according to reports.

Their purchase is the third-highest transaction in Malibu for 2019, only beat by entertainment executive Ron Meyer selling his contemporary home for $100 million, and Golden State Warriors majority owner Joe Lacob buying a modern home on Carbon Beach for $29.1 million this summer, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The property has two structures on it: a four-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guesthouse, according to the Times. The main home is three stories, including a master suite and huge deck. Like any good beach house, there's also a resort-style pool and lounge chairs that face the ocean.
