T-Shirt Mogul James Perse Buys Second Malibu Home

Apparently, T-Shirt mogul James Perse really likes Point Dume.

Perse just sunk $6.69 million into a six-bedroom, 7,000-square-foot "European Country" home, marking his second home purchase in the Point Dume area of Malibu, according to Curbed.com.  

The understated white home includes an apple orchard and deeded access to Little Dume Beach. He and his wife already own a $16 million bluff-top compound in Malibu.

Perse is known for his quality T-shirts, which aim to blend luxury and casual.
