MALIBU, CA – Would you like to learn more about gardening? Los Angeles County is hosting an advanced course to introduce organic gardening, landscaping with native friendly and drought tolerant plants, and environmental pest management. Backyard compost bins and worm compost bins will be for sale at discounted rates after the class, with cash or check accepted as forms of payment.
The event will be on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Malibu City Hall. For more information, visit MalibuCity.org.envirocalendar.
