Wow! House: Emilio Estevez Finally Unloads Malibu Home
The house has been listed for sale off and on for the past three years.

MALIBU, CA -- Actor-producer Emilio Estevez has apparently found a buyer for his Malibu home, which includes a micro-vineyard.
Estevez has listed his home on the market for the past three years with the asking price as high as $10 million and as low as $6.4 million. The home, located on Point Dume, is listed as in escrow with the asking price of $6.5 million, though the actual amount is unknown.
But don't feel bad for the former Brat Packer, county records show that Estevez bought the house for $2.2 million in 2000.

The four-bedroom, four-and-1/2-bathroom Spanish Hacienda home includes a separate self-contained guest house, a large outdoor entertaining area with an over-sized fire pit, pool and spa. The vineyard grows Pinot Noir grapes, which is his wife, Sonja Magdevski, used for their boutique, short-run artisanal wine, Casa Dumetz.
The home sits on a one-acre lot within walking distance to Point Dume beach. The interior has "old world" wood and stone floors, distressed doors and hand-painted ceilings. There is an also a formal dining room, large chef's kitchen, spacious living and an airy, bright family room.
