MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Sports media personality Colin Cowherd is selling his Manhattan Beach residence after purchasing it about 2 1/2 years ago, according to Dirt.com. The 5,936-square-foot home occupies a corner lot and was built in 2015. Lauren Forbes with Forbes Corrales Coastal Group has the listing. Manhattan Beach architect Louie Tomaro designed the residence.
Constructed on a somewhat elevated oversized lot at 6,867 square feet, the property features a large veranda, salt water pool, outdoor fireplace, state-of-the-art movie theater, separate family room, refrigerated wine room, two separate gym areas off the garage in addition to six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
The property was listed at $6,999,999 and is under contract after about two days on the market. Reports say Cowherd and his wife purchased the home for about $6.5 million.
