Culture Brewing Co. Celebrates Grand Opening In Manhattan Beach

Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce hosts its first ribbon cutting/mixer since the start of the pandemic.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —Culture Brewing Co. finally had a chance to celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting/mixer on June 23. It was the first such event hosted by the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce since the pandemic began.

The celebration included city and Chamber of Commerce officials, business leaders, residents, and neighboring business owners.

Culture Brewing is the first taproom in Manhattan Beach.

Though the business opened its doors in the middle of the pandemic, the owners waited to officially celebrate and welcome people to their new space.

"We definitely enjoyed getting to see the space so packed with people finally moving around and mingling like we always hoped they would be," said Whitney Johndro, director of operations at Culture Brewing Co.

Culture Brewing, located at 327 Manhattan Beach Blvd., is open Monday through Sunday, 12-10 p.m., and has two other locations in San Diego.

"We are thrilled that they chose Manhattan Beach and saw the opportunity to open here," said MBCC President/CEO, Kelly Stroman."They have seamlessly integrated into the community, and they are a perfect addition to the small-town vibe that Downtown MB is well-known for."

The Chamber will next host a double ribbon-cutting for two new businesses, Manhattan Beach E-Bikes and SWEAT yoga, on July 14th. Go to their Facebook page for more information.
