MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Brian Norgard, the former chief product officer for Tinder, swiped right on a $4.35 million Manhattan Beach home in December.

The Los Angeles Times reported Norgard got a great deal: he bought it for $645,000 less than the original asking price, and $350,000 less than what it sold for three years ago.

The beautiful blue home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is only half a block from The Strand. The spacious master bedroom boasts dual walk-in closets, a fireplace and views looking directly down the walk-street to the ocean, the listing said.
