Carroll coached the Trojans from 2001-2009, making USC a football powerhouse again. After leaving USC, Carroll coached the Seattle Seahawks to two NFC Championships and a Super Bowl.

Carroll bought the home in 1999 for $540,000. The median price for a single-family home in Manhattan Beach is $1.865 million, according to CoreLogic. The home lists for $1.999 million.
