Fox Sports' John Entz Sells Manhattan Beach Home

The executive sold his house for less than $200,000 the asking price.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – After the Craftsman-style house spent the summer on the market, Fox Sports president of production John Entz finally sold it for less than asking price. The Manhattan Beach home sold for $3.21 million, according to the Los Angeles Times, which is about $200,000 less than what Entz originally listed the home for in June.

Coldwell Banker Residential’s John Corrales and Lauren Forbes represented Entz, and Jeremy Shelton of Strand Hill Christie’s International represented the buyer, The Real Deal reported. Entz purchased the property for $2.28 million in 2011, according to records.

The home is 3,700 square feet, has five bedrooms, a four-car garage and a large porch, according to The Real Deal.
