Hixson, an 87-year-old great-great-grandmother, was walking from her home on Aug. 20 to mass at American Martyrs Catholic Community Church in the early morning when she was struck and killed by a motorcycle on Sepulveda Boulevard near Sixth Street.
The property is at 1131 Sixth Street on a 7,492-square-foot lot and is being sold "as is."Â The home offers 1,406 square feet of living space with three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms, depending on the source.Â
