Ho Ho Ho! South Bay Nonprofit Hosts Santa Stroll Fundraiser
Mychal's Learning Place Santa Stroll is part of a worldwide competition for the most "Santas" gathered in one location.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —South Bay nonprofit Mychal's Learning Place is inviting locals to participate in its first-ever California Great Santa Stroll on December 14 to raise money for children and young adults with developmental disabilities.
The Santa Stroll is part of a worldwide competition for the most "Santas" gathered in one location. Participants, including kids, pets and adults, dress up as Santas to raise funds for local organizations.
Participants are encouraged to jazz up their Santa suit with jingle bells, glitz and glam. The event is a run, walk or even roll, for participants in strollers and/or wheelchairs. The event will also feature a variety of other holiday activities, including a Santa’s village, treats from Mykie's Bakery& Coffee Truck, Kinecta’s ice cream truck, kids’ zone areas with various craft stations, merchant and food vendors, and more.

The event starts at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 14 at the Hermosa Beach Pier (1 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254).

- Adults (over 12): Registration fee is $45, and each participant receives a 5-piece Santa suit and Santa backpack.
- Children (6-12): Registration fee is $25, and each participant receives a 5-piece Santa suit and Santa backpack.
- Furry Friends: Registration fee is $15, and our furry friends will receive a specialty treat from Mykie's Café on the day of the event.
- Registration fees are discounted for Kinecta Federal Credit Union members. Visit a local branch for more details and to register.
