MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —As the economy starts to pick up and COVID-related restrictions begin to fade, employees are being called back to work. It's not uncommon these days that many do not feel comfortable returning to the workplace.
Lynne Hook, the founder of Employer Lawyer, offers advice on how to handle mental health issues in the workplace in a post for the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce.
According to Hook, it is fear, anxiety, and new at-home work habits that are leaving many apprehensive to return to in-person responsibilities.
