A Manhattan Beach mom has created the 1st Annual Halloween Golf Cart Parade on Halloween, Sat., Oct. 31. Decorate your cart, wear costumes.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Got a golf cart? Got Halloween plans? Manhattan Beach mom and Neighborhood Electric Vehicle enthusiast Shawn Giaconi is the creator of the 1st Annual Halloween Golf Cart Parade being held tomorrow [Saturday, Oct. 31] starting at 2 p.m. at the 17th Street parking lot of Pacific Elementary School in Manhattan Beach.
Said Giaconi, "I'm a local mom who put the event together because I thought it would be something fun for local families, especially considering the current limitations. I will also plan a parade for most major holidays like Christmas and 4th of July. A golf cart drive-in movie night is currently being planned as well."
As an NEV enthusiast, Giaconi has created a group called Manhattan Beach Golf Cart Crew to help inform area golf cart owners of upcoming events.
