MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — A "Kids Need Classrooms Rally" has been set for Wed., February 24 starting at 4 p.m. at the "Light Gate Sculpture" in front of Manhattan Beach City Hall and the public library on Highland Avenue.

Supporters are asked to "bring your kids, wear your masks, hold up your signs, and get ready to fight for your kids! Email us at KidsNeedClassrooms@gmail.com to signup to speak and to keep up with new info!"

Event organizers are asking parents and students who would like to give a one-minute speech on "how these closures have affected you and your family to email them. "Together, we will make it happen, not just for the Elementary kids but for Secondary students as well!" say event organizers on a Facebook page.
