L.A. Kings Goalie Scores Manhattan Beach Home for $2.95 Million

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA -- Los Angeles Kings goalie Jonathan Quick has snapped a home on Manhattan Beach Tree Section for nearly $3 million, the Los Angeles Times reported

The single family ranch-style home was listed a "development opportunity." The home features mature trees on both sides. The 1,621-square-foot house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage.

Built in 1947, the home was listed in August and was under contract in about a week, according to Multiple Listing Service.

Quick is currently on the disable list because of a groin injury.
