Manhattan Beach: Beach City Brokers Fires Agent On Viral Video

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Beach City Brokers today announced on Facebook it has fired a real estate agent who was with the firm until the company caught up with the viral video that shows him harassing and swearing at an Asian woman reportedly in Brentwood on Wednesday, Feb. 10.

The account holder who posted the tweet has removed her Twitter account as of 1:23 p.m. today [Friday, Feb. 12], however, Manhattan Beach Patch viewed her video 30 minutes before publication of this post.

Dialogue captured in the video is as follows, as heard in the video shot by a woman who goes by the name “Em”.

Em wrote, “At 5pm I was walking in Brentwood at the intersection of Bundy & Montana. I stopped to look at my phone when this man came out of his home & verbally assaulted me. He approached me, maskless. I asked him to step away. He called me ‘stupid blue hair asian girl’ & “dumb b----.'”

“Are you up against the car,” Mike Dalcin, the man identified as the one seen in the video confronting the woman, says at the beginning of the video.

The woman recording the video asked him to back away from her and said he was harassing her.

“No one’s going to pay attention to you because you’re dumb and you’re a stupid blue Asian haired girl. F*** you. F*** you,” the man says.

“I was literally just standing here,” she responds.

The conversation goes on from there with Dalcin heard using more derogatory words toward her and following her.

Dalcin can still be found on the brokerage's website, however, there is no photo of him and no contact information other than the standard input form.

Beach City Brokers, which serves Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Palos Verdes Estates and Torrance, has two offices in Redondo Beach and one in El Segundo.
