Manhattan Beach: LA County To Allow Outdoor Restaurant Dining

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Los Angeles County Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer says a new health order allowing outdoor dining to resume will be enacted Friday, Jan. 29, according to news reports. Personal care businesses such as nail salons and barbershops can reopen for indoor operations immediately, with capacity limited to 25%.
