Manhattan Beach Power Outage Impacting Close to 500 SCE Customers

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Southern California Edison is reporting that the remaining power outage now impacting 468 SCE customers in East Manhattan Beach is due to a traffic accident. Crews are on the way and had not begun repair work as of SCE's last posted updated at 12:26 p.m. The outage is in the area of Third Street and Redondo Avenue, according to the outage map.

Two power outages in Manhattan Beach have been reported on the Southern California Edison power outage map online. One is listed with a start time of 11:11 a.m.; the other 11:13 a.m. Both are in East Manhattan Beach. SCE is, however, already reporting that the outage for 7 customers has been resolved.
