MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — A Manhattan Beach property owned by USC men's basketball coach Andy Enfield is on the market, according to the Los Angeles Times. The large upscale home offers 4,671-square-feet of luxury living on a 9,511-square-foot lot that includes a swimming pool and basketball court, according to Realtor.com.
The LA Times reports that Enfield purchased the empty lot in 2013 and the home was completed in 2014. The property is close to Mira Costa High School and Pennekamp Elementary School in East Manhattan Beach in an area called The Knolls. The 2014 Sunset magazine Design Home is located nearby.
