The Skechers Friendship Walk is this weekend!
I'm reaching out to ask us to come together for a great cause this weekend. The Skechers Friendship Walk benefits all of our students in MBUSD from the donation to MBEF, and it is our special needs students who participate in the Friendship Foundation who benefit the most. For just $30, you can add your name to the list of supporters of this amazing event. Usually held in Manhattan Beach, this year everyone gets to be a "virtual walker.” Every walker matters.

Likely due to the pandemic, our numbers down a bit from last year at this time. Right now, between COVID-19 issues and the election, people have many different opinions that are often in conflict with each other. I hope this event can show our students, particularly our students who benefit from the Friendship Foundation, that our community continues to be a model as we (virtually!) hold hands and support those who need it most.
If you've already signed up as a walker or virtual walker, THANK YOU! If you have not, please take a moment to sign up by clicking on one of the teams below.
