Before heading out to swim, surf or bodyboard, check out today's surf conditions.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —It's a beautiful day to hit the waves. Here's an update on surf conditions from Surfline via the South Bay Dawn Patrol.

Look for a mix of easing, long-period SSW swell plus holding NW wind swell this morning. Waves will be running thigh to waist to stomach high at many spots, while better exposures in the north half of the bay hit chest high.

Winds will be calm to light/variable.
