Update: Police Nab 3 Suspects In Manhattan Beach After They Flee

Manhattan Beach Police have apprehended three individuals who ran after exiting what is believed to be a stolen car early this morning.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Manhattan Beach Police have three suspects in custody after they exited and ran from a stolen vehicle around 2:40 a.m. this morning. Police nabbed two of the three early on, but set up a perimeter search to locate the third suspect. MBPD brought in a helicopter and K9 unit to assist in the search. MBPD reported the third suspect was in custody around 6:25 a.m.

Three suspects in what is believed to be a stolen vehicle exited and ran as Manhattan Beach police closed in on them sometime around 2:40 a.m. this morning. Two suspects have been apprehended. Police continue to search for a third suspect and have set up a perimeter search in the areas of 1st Street and Poinsettia and Ardmore avenues. MBPD's K9 unit is on scene and a helicopter, used previously in the search, has left the area.
