Rally To Reopen Schools, School Board Meeting In Manhattan Beach
The two activities are scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 24. The "Kids Need Classrooms"event will be held outside city hall in Manhattan Beach.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Two school related activities are set for today [Wednesday, Feb. 24]. The "Kids Need Classrooms" rally will start at 4 p.m. at the "Light Gate Sculpture" in front of Manhattan Beach City Hall and the public library on Highland Avenue. Supporters are asked to "bring your kids, wear your masks, hold up your signs, and get ready to fight for your kids!
The Board of Trustees of the Manhattan Beach Unified School District meets online tonight [Wednesday, Feb. 24] starting at 5 p.m. for a regularly scheduled board meeting.
