MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Rapper Kendrick Lamar just bought a four-bedroom home in Manhattan Beach for just over $9.7 million, Variety reported.
Lamar's international tour for his album "Damn" wrapped last year with more than $62 million in gross receipts, the website reported.
The three-story, 5,350-square-foot home will be perfect for the new dad, who welcomed a daughter with his fiancée Whitney Alford in July, according to Rap-Up. The rapper has been renting and living in the South Bay for a while, but snagged the brand-new home in an off-market deal, Variety said.
