Santa To Visit Manhattan Beach For Socially Distanced Experience

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — To spread a little Christmas cheer, Manhattan Beach real estate agent Brett Zebrowski has crafted a "socially distanced Santa experience" for kids of all ages. The free event will be held tomorrow [Wednesday, Dec. 16] from 4-7 p.m. at his Palm Realty Boutique office at 1419 Highland Avenue in Downtown Manhattan Beach.

In a Facebook video, Zebrowski talks about the event — how it will be socially distanced and how Santa, who will sit inside the real estate office just behind huge windows facing the sidewalk, will have a microphone inside and outside to talk to the kids who visit. Each participant will be given a microphone to use to speak with Santa and markers on the ground will show how people should line up and stand to maintain a social distance given COVID-19. Visitors are asked to wear masks and bring a new unwrapped children's toy for Zebrowski's Christmas toy drive.

"We are excited to host the very same Santa who usually rides in the Manhattan Beach Christmas sled," said Zebrowski, who wanted to come up with a way for kids to visit with and see Santa during the holidays.
