Today's 9/11 Memorial Gathering In Manhattan Beach Up In The Air

The event, organized by 2 Manhattan Beach residents affiliated with City Council candidate Joe Franklin, goes against LA County regulations.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Manhattan Beach Patch has learned that the 9/11 memorial gathering two Manhattan Beach residents organized for this morning could violate Los Angeles County's health order banning gatherings of 10 or more people. MB Patch has not been able to discern if the event will go on as planned or has been cancelled.

Manhattan Beach City Council candidate Joe Franklin, who is affiliated with the two organizers, sent an email late yesterday detailing the event. Here is the content of the email:
