Zinc@Shade Features Special New Year's Eve 6-Course Tasting Meal

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Zinc@shade is featuring a special 6-Course Tasting Menu To-Go for New Year's Eve. The meal, which serves four, costs $125 and will be available from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 31. Zinc's Christmas dinners sold out early so pre-ordering as soon as possible is a good idea, according to Jenna Ritter, director of marketing.

The 6-Course Tasting Menu To-Go includes

• Le Grand Courtâge Bottle of Brut Champagne
• Cheese & Charcuterie, preserves, spiced nuts, fruit and nut bread, assorted crackers
• Antipasto, marinated olives, garlic herb hummus, cherry pepper relish, breadsticks, crudite
• Spicy Tuna On Crispy Rice, soy reduction, wasabi ginger aioli, fresh jalapeño, avocado
• Truffle Short Rib Sliders, Bochetto truffle cheese, truffle aioli, caramelized onions, arugula
• Crispy Fried Chicken Bites, sesame honey, Ají amarillo buttermilk dip
• Ora King Salmon, crème fraîche, lemon, “everything” seasoning

Side dishes that can be added on include

• Black Truffle Deviled Eggs $18
• Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon $20
• Osetra Caviar, traditional condiments, blinis $75 per ounce [order by Tuesday, Dec. 29]

Add-on desserts offered are

• White Chocolate Mousse Tarts, berries $20
• Salted Caramel Cheesecake Bites, graham cracker streusel $20

• Veuve Clicquot “Yellow Label”, Brut, Champagne $95
• Navy Grog, gold rum, sweet Hawaiian dark rum, tropical fruit juices $20 [32 oz.]
• Margarita, silver tequila, sweet & sour, agave syrup, Cointreau liqueur $20 [32 oz.]
