Dine For A Cause: Local Cafe's Entree Supports 'Heal The Bay'
Proceeds from Cafe del Rey's limited-time Crispy Arctic Char will benefit the Santa Monica-based champions of clean and healthy waters.

MARINA DEL REY, CA — In a partnership with Heal the Bay, Cafe del Rey has added to its menu a sustainable seafood dish, Crispy Arctic Char, with 15 percent of proceeds going to the environmental non profit.
The limited-time entree is available for lunch and dinner through March 31 at the waterfront restaurant in Marina del Rey. The $32 main course is served with a potato nest, blistered heirloom cherry tomatoes, white asparagus, icicle radishes, a fried quail egg and herb vinaigrette.
The collaboration aims to increase awareness for sustainability and ocean-friendly lifestyle practices, according to Cafe del Rey management. The seven-week special will culminate with a Sustainable Seafood & Wine Pairing Dinner on March 31.
