Here's the latest Los Angeles County Department of Public Health information on how many Marina del Rey residents are vaccinated.
MARINA DEL REY, CA — About 60.1% of Marina del Rey residents age 16 and over have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
In Playa Vista, which is one of the communities in the county with the highest percentage of vaccinated people, 6,421 people received at least one dose, about 70.6% of the population.
In Los Angeles County, 7,862,893 total doses have been administered and 2,941,571 total second doses have been administered, according to county health official data updated April 28.
As of May 6, there are 1,234,746 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across Los Angeles County. The total population of the county is 10.17 million.
