John Larroquette Lists Marina Del Rey Home for $3.75 Million

MARINA DEL REY, CA -- Veteran sitcom star John Larroquette has reportedly listed his home on the Silver Strand area of Marina Del Rey on the market for $3.75 million.
Larroquette bought the 4,790-square-foot home in 2005 or $2.85 million, according to Variety. The square footage of the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house does not include a fully finished basement with a screening room, library/game room, recording studio and gym.
