Marina Del Rey Gelson's Hosts Annual Toy Drive
The toy drive will benefit CHOC Children's, Barbara Sinatra Center for Abused Children, Children's Hospital Los Angeles and more.

MARINA DEL REY, CA — The Gelson's grocery store in Marina Del Rey is holding an annual toy drive from December 2-13. The toy drive, which will also take place at the corporate office and warehouse, will benefit disadvantaged children across the region, the Gelson's press release said.
Returning partner organizations for the toy drive include CHOC Children’s, Barbara Sinatra Center for Abused Children, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Rady Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House/Long Beach and Toys for Tots, the press release said. Gelson’s will have large gift-wrapped open boxes in each store with lists of suggested toys, some of which will be personally handed out by Gelson’s employees visiting local children’s hospitals, the press release said.
"As a local institution for nearly seven decades, Gelson’s has a long history of customer service extending beyond our stores and into the communities. We look forward to working with our nonprofit partners – and we are grateful for the generosity of our customers – to help make the holiday season brighter for families across Southern California," Gelson’s President & CEO Rob McDougall said.
