Marina Del Rey Rental Prices Among Highest in Nation
The area, along with the Westside, is becoming one of the priciest rental markets in the nation.
MARINA DEL REY, CA -- A new report by an apartment rental website showed that rents in Marina Del Rey are among the highest in the nation.
According to Apartment Guide, Marina Del Rey comes in at No. 18 among the 50 most expensive places to rent an apartment in the country. The average rent for a one-bedroom unit in the area is $3,320, according to the report.
The rental figures were computed by using the November 2016 listing prices on ApartmentGuide.com and its sister site, Rent.com.

The report shows that the Westside is becoming one of the priciest rental markets in the nation. Santa Monica tops the list at $4,799. Venice was fifth at $4,562, Playa Vista was 17th and Culver City was 23rd on the list with the median rents of $3,327 and $3,161, respectively
