MARINA DEL REY, CA -- Washington Redskins Tight End Vernon Davis is looking to off load his Marina Del Rey condo, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Davis is asking $949,000 for his two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo that features an open floor plan, glass walls, hardwood floors, and two levels with private balconies.

The kitchen has been updated, and the family room has a wet bar. The NFL pro had rented out the investment property for about $5,500 a month.

Davis paid $739,000 for the 1,748-square-foot condo in 2013. He recently signed a one-year extension with the Redskins so it looks like he won't be returning to sunny California any time soon.
