MARINA DEL REY, CA — The Marina City Club condos in Marina del Rey are not likely to collapse, a team of county inspectors found this week.

Anxiety about the integrity of the buildings swirled after the Champlain Towers South condos in Surfside Florida collapsed last week, likely the result of environmental degradation.

Inspectors this week found several areas where repairs are needed, including to boilers, plumbing and roofing, according to a report from the Los Angeles Times. However, officials say the towers are unlikely to collapse.
