Robert Stromberg, who won an Oscar for art direction of Avatar, has listed his Playa del Rey home for $1.599 million, according to AOL Real Estate.

The 1925 5-bedroom Spanish revival home is located at 7330 Trask Ave. and sits on a large hilltop overlooking the ocean. The house features a yard with fruit trees and an outdoor patio with a fireplace.
